Ticket Purchase Agreement
The following information defines the terms and conditions for purchasing tickets to attend the Broadway Church Valentine’s Dinner fundraising event.
Cancelation Policy
No cancelations, refunds, or meal preference change requests will be honored after Sunday, February 5, 2012 and must be communicated by original ticket purchasers only. All ticket purchases are final and no refunds for no shows.
Ticket
Substitution
Policy
In the event that an original ticket purchaser is unable to attend the
Broadway Church Valentine’s Dinner fundraiser, he/she may give their ticket, or
tickets, to another individual or individuals to attend the dinner in their
absence. Individuals substituting for an original ticket purchaser must call the
Broadway Church Office at 816-561-3274 immediately to notify the Office that
they are substituting for an original ticket purchaser. When calling the church
office, the following information must be provided:
- Full name of original ticket purchaser
- Full name of person substituting
- Any desired meal preference changes
Upon arrival to the dinner, substituting individuals must present the dinner ticket, or tickets, they have received from the original ticket purchaser. Failure to notify the Church Office in advance about the substitution arrangement, substituting individuals will be required to purchase a new ticket to attend the dinner.
NOTE: Broadway Church does not endorse any actions deemed to be scalping of tickets and is not involved or responsible for any desired compensation between an original ticket purchaser and any individual that substitutes for the original ticket purchaser to attend the dinner.
Lost Dinner
Ticket Policy
In the event
that your dinner
ticket is, or
your dinner
tickets are,
lost or stolen,
call the
Broadway Church
Office at
816-561-3274
immediately to
notify the
Office that your
ticket is, or
your tickets
are, lost or
stolen. Failure
to notify the
church will
require
purchasing new
dinner tickets
to attend the
event.
Meal Preference
Changes
If original
ticket
purchasers or
substituting
individuals
desire to change
meal
preferences,
call the
Broadway Church
Office at
816-561-3274 no
later than
Sunday, February
5, 2012 and
provide your
full name, if
you are an
original ticket
purchaser or
substitute along
with your
desired meal
preference
changes. Failure
to do so will
result in the
last
communicated
meal preferences
being provided
instead.
Purchaser
Information
Prior to
purchasing
dinner tickets
via the Broadway
Church
Valentine’s
Dinner website,
we collect basic
information
about each
purchaser (i.e.
called –
“original ticket
purchaser”).
This information
will not be sold
and not used for
any solicitation
purposes without
your expressed
permission to do
so in advance.
This information
not retain and
destroyed after
each dinner has
been conducted.
NOTE: We require
that a contact
phone number be
provided when
purchasing
ticket online to
verify your
ticket order
only. This
requirement is
executed by
Broadway Church
as an extra
security measure
to help prevent
any potential
credit card
fraud.
Credit Card
Statement
Please note that
when purchasing
dinner tickets
using a major
credit card via
the PayPal
shopping cart,
the credit card
statement name
for your
purchased dinner
tickets that
will appear on
your next credit
card statement
will be:
BRDWAYCHRCH.
