Website Design and Managed Web Hosting Service Packages

All Feniva Cyber Works Clients pay an initial Website Design fee plus a Managed Web Hosting fee based on their chosen service package. In addition, Feniva Cyber Works Clients pay for any additional services desired, such as additional domain names for their website and/or other services offered under the Feniva umbrella of services.

Managed Web Hosting Service Packages

The Feniva Cyber Works website designs and supporting service packages are grouped together into two categories – 1) Non-Ecommerce and 2) Ecommerce. The first category, Non-Ecommerce, covers basic to semi-advanced website designs that does not provide any major support for conducting financial transactions. Whereas, the second category, Ecommerce, are advanced website designs that support moderate to mid-level amounts of financial transactions within the website’s design.

Down-payment Deposit

A down-payment deposit amount is required to be remitted by the Client in order to secure the resources needed to begin construction and launching of the Client’s website. The amount of the deposit will be specified on the Feniva Cyber Works Service Order Form.

After the Client has paid the down-payment deposit, the remaining balance due can paid in one lump sum payment or paid in monthly installments with the maximum number of months being equal the numbers of months defined as the term for the Client’ selected hosting packaged.

Managed Hosting Renewal Pricing

Feniva Clients who are in good standing that finishes an initial service term and/or finishes a subsequent service term become eligible for special Renewal Pricing to extend their Feniva Managed Hosting Service upon request.

Feniva Client Services will automatically notify Clients when they become eligible for Managed Hosting Renewal Pricing 60 days prior to the expiration of their currently active service term.

Domain Name Pricing

A domain name is a unique name that identifies a website. For example, the domain name of the Feniva Cyber Works Website Example is “fenivallc.info.” Each website has a domain name that serves as an address, which is used to access the website.

Whenever you visit a website, the domain name appears in the address bar of the web browser. Some domain names are preceded by “www” (which is not a part of the domain name), while others omit the “www” prefix. All domain names have a domain suffix or extension, such as .com, .net, or .org. The domain suffix helps identify the type of website the domain name represents. For example, “.com” domain names are typically used by commercial websites, while “.org” websites are often used by non-profit organizations. Some domain names end with a country code, such as “.us” (United States) or “.se” (Sweden), which helps identify the location and audience of the website.

Domain names are relatively inexpensive to register, though they must be renewed every year or every few years. Once you decide on a domain name and register it, the name is yours until you stop renewing it. When the renewal period expires, the domain name becomes available for others to purchase.

The Feniva Cyber Works website packages includes selecting 1 available domain with one of the following domain suffixes or extensions highlighted in green. Upon request, Client has the option to purchase additional domain names, if available, for an additional charge.

Major Design Changes

Any request from the Client that requires a complete design change will require all or a reduce portion of the Website Design fee.

Ecommerce Add-On Lite

Any request from the Client to enable the acceptance of online payments that does not require the construction of an online store, or an online catalog, and is less than 10 items with anticipate low volume will be provided for an additional one-time charge.

Ecommerce Store/Catalog Add-On

Any request from the Client to enable the acceptance of online payments that requires the construction of an online store, or an online catalog, with 10 or more items constitutes a website design impact will be provided for an additional one-time design charge and the monthly rate will increase to that of the corresponding Ecommerce web hosting package to the end of the previous non-Ecommerce package term. For example, the Client starts with the Gold web hosting for Regular/Non-Ecommerce websites, which has a 24-month term. Six months later, the Client requests to upgrade their website by adding Ecommerce functionality. Upon approval between Feniva and the Client, the Client agrees to pay an Add-on Design Fee and the Client’s monthly rate for the remaining 18 months of the current service term will be charged to match the Ecommerce Gold web hosting package rate.

Documents to PDF Conversion (Doc2PDF)

This service involves collecting documents from Client and creating digital copies of the documents as either a scanned image and/or a compatible read-only Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

• Doc2PDF Pricing – limited service of 10 documents per month will be free of charge for the term that corresponds to the Feniva Cyber Works Website Design and Managed Hosting Package selected by the Client. Otherwise, the applicable charge is $0.50 per document.
• Copyrighted materials that the Client does not have written permission to copy, duplicate, or alter will not be accepted

NOTE: All Client documents will be returned to the Client. The Client is responsible to secure all necessary rights and/or permission to utilize and copy and any copyright material. Feniva reserves the right to request that the Client provide written proof of permission to use any copyrighted material submitted to Feniva as described in this service.

Social Media Account Support

With permission and authorization by the Client, Feniva – at a minimum – will assist with setting up of various social media accounts requested by the Client, if they do not already exist, and will access those platforms on behalf of the Client at least once per month and submit pre-authorized postings. The Client is responsible for all content posted by Feniva on their behalf, and Feniva is not responsible for monitoring the Client’s social media presence and operationally responding to social media participants outside the scope of the pre-authorized postings. Feniva will notify the Client to make them aware of any issue(s) and/or concern(s) that may arise on social media platforms that the Client subscribes to. Feniva will help ensure that the utilization of the social media platforms aligns with and supports the Client’s brand from a social media branding consultant point of view.
