Words from Our Chapter President
Brother Richard Mitchem
The most Honorable A. Langston Taylor, Honorable Leonard F. Morse, and Honorable Charles I. Brown, were trail blazers who wanted to create a fraternity that exemplified the ideals of brotherhood, scholarship and service; and that's exactly what they did. They would be so proud to see the advancements that this great and prestigious fraternity has made as an organization. They would also marvel at the the lives it has touched, the youth it has mentored and developed into men of honor and dignity, and the countless hours of community service.
As men of Sigma, we all swore an oath to pursue a life of brotherhood, scholarship and service. Going into this pre-centennial year let's rededicate ourselves to our cause. Let's reflect on the excitement we all had when we joined this great fraternity and harness that excitement and use it as fuel going forward. Let's embrace the feeling we all had when we first adorned our letters. Let us unbridled excitement we had for the future.
Brothers I am truly impressed with our past, but I am even more excited about our future. You know why Frat? Because I know that we are just getting started.
